   • Installed new metering panels and sub-tenancy distribution boards.
   • Reconfigured existing lighting and installed new power outlets.
3. Upgrades:
   • Redesigned and installed new emergency lighting systems.
   • Installed sensor lighting for enhanced energy efficiency.
